Work it Out #2 (5th-8th)

You are a strength trainer at a gym creating a full body workout for a class of beginner weight lifters. Your goal is to target all 16 major muscle groups within your workout. You will have to choose 1 exercise for each muscle group, organize them into 4 circuits, and explain how to do each exercise. You will use your newly found knowledge of the major muscle groups to create your workout and organize it on a Google Slide.
